Shipping Policy – Ènora
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Ènora. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Shipping Coverage
Currently, Ènora ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via India Post – Speed Post or other reliable postal services as deemed appropriate.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, postal network availability, and external conditions.
3. Processing Time
All products are handmade and prepared with care.
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹699.
Shipping within India is INR 60 and can differ according to the number of items bought.
For orders below ₹699, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
Postal delays
Weather conditions
Festivals, strikes, or public holidays
Unforeseen logistical issues
Ènora shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email, wherever applicable.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
7. Delivery Address & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of checkout.
Ènora shall not be responsible for non-delivery or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect information, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
Speed Post usually makes multiple delivery attempts.
If an order is returned to us due to:
Customer unavailability
Incorrect address
Refusal to accept delivery
Re-shipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid by the customer.
9. Unserviceable Areas
In rare cases, certain pin codes may be non-serviceable by Speed Post.
If your location is unserviceable, we will inform you and process a refund after deducting any applicable processing charges.
10. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos of:
Outer packaging
Inner packaging
Product
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the issue not being eligible for resolution.
11. Right to Modify Shipping Policy
Ènora reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
